At FRIDA I had a core role in seeding organisational culture that centred care and wellbeing. An example of this can be found in FRIDA’s Happiness Mainfestx, collective agreements on individual, collective and institutional care.
At the Fred Hollows Foundation I led a process of gender mainstreaming and dedicated gender programming in the Foundation, included developing a strategy for gender Equity and Inclusion and leading design of a training curriculum.

I have over 10 years+ experience in program and strategy development.
In 2020 I am currently accompanying the With and For Girls Collective in their Strategic planning process, leading the overall design across diverse set of stakeholders from girls, funders, staff and board.
I am currently designing a participatory grant making model for a new rapid response collaborative fund for young women, trans and intersex youth and girl led groups in response to COVID-19.
I am currently accompanying UN Women in the development of Strategy for youth mobilisation for the Generation Equality Forum for the Beijing+25 process.

I have experience in public speaking in different philanthropic and development spaces including: European Foundation Centre in Amsterdam, G7 Development Ministers Meeting in Canada, Edge Funders Alliance in Baltimore, Human Rights Funders Network in NYC.
At Amnesty International I designed campaigns on refugee rights, Indigenous rights and internet freedom.

I have experience organising national, regional and global convenings with activists across the world. I am trained in the Art of Hosting Facilitation school and have experience in feminist participatory methodologies.
During my time at FRIDA I was one of lead organisers for: Global Convening, Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2013 , Africa Regional Convening, Nairobi, Kenya, 2015 , MENA Barcamp, Amman, Jordan, 2016 , Global Convening at AWID Forum, Salvador de Bahia, Brazil, 2016 and LAC Regional Convening, Mexico City, Mexico, 2016.
