Advising funders on resourcing girls and young people 

I accompany funders in developing strategies to resource and build meaningful partnerships with girls and young people. A recent example is working with the Child Investment Fund Foundation on their investment portfolio on Meaningful Adolescent Youth Engagement strategy.

Designing meaningful participation models

I supports meaningful participation and decentralising decisions. Over the last few years she has worked with movement organisations and funders to rethink how their partners shape their decision making and grant making. This has included working with Empower, Equality Fund and Numun Fund. 

Research + knowledge building

Co-led a range research the last 10 years focused on girls, young people, shared leadership and funding. Examples include Resourcing Girls to Thrive, Feminist Co-Leadership  and Weathering the Storm: Resourcing girls through a pandemic.

Storytelling and creative documentation

Collaborating on documentation, storytelling and building narrative power, curating with artists and creative communities. One example is a project I contributed t The Girls Resistance Stories.
